TEFCA Privacy and Security Notice
This Notice describes how Areti Health participates in the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA) and how we handle clinical health information exchanged through Qualified Health Information Networks (QHINs). It supplements our Privacy Policy with TEFCA-specific terms required by the ONC Common Agreement.
